Continuing on the Johnny’s train is catching up with Tokyo B Shounen. Their episodes update every Saturday, and they don’t have a dance video yet. Hopefully next week brings something new!
Their first video for ‘A Fool’s Experiment’ was on March 24th. Their experiment is… after unsuccessfully guessing breakfast food, shaking eggs, 1x, 10x, 100x, 1000x, 5000x, and 10,0000x.
So they kinda forced Yuto to do 10,000 but that’s okay. The boys kept it interesting trying to play word games while waiting for the shaking to end. Some of them are just first going into high school I feel so old guys. But everyone’s a good sport about it. Not to mention shaking an egg 10,000x takes more then a half hour by the way.
Their observations are pretty fun. I’m guessing none of them have taken a cooking class so they don’t know why the inside of the egg is changing.
Taisho posed the important question: what does everyone put on their eggs. Everyone answered salt… Taisho apparently puts mayo and salt on his… okay… After an hour and forty minutes, they finally finished. That’s a lot of dedication for a fool’s experiment.
There are some differences between the eggs, that and some of them aren’t good at peeling them.
Observations, the one shake egg is normal. 5x the white is fluffier then usual according to Ryuga. Yuto says that overall the 10K egg is harder then usual. Their final thoughts; regular egg is fine. Just eat it. Alrighty then.
March 31st was my fear post…. why are they restraining Naoki? Why is that the preview image Johnny’s? I have so many questions, with answers that ‘Fool’s Experiments’ can not answer. Probably. Moving on.
Today was ‘validating a rumor’. Wait. You’re not even debuted. What rumors do you have?
Yuto went on to explain it from a TV program, that people who are tickled for more then ten minutes straight go numb. Hidaka immediately admitted to being super ticklish (you’re too pure don’t tell your fans that). Naoki immediately chimed in that he apparently isn’t, but they still settled who would be tickled with rock/paper/scissors. Naoki also lost so he was the test subject. I’m slightly uncomfortable.
Umm… boys… you’re still underage for such things. I’m glad you confirmed it but please be careful. You’re literal children. They say to confirm it yourself but I’m going to #Don’tTryThisAtHomeKids.
Their April 7th Post was something about going out? Like the YG basement is there the Johnny’s Jr. basement? Haven’t you been let out? So Ryuga goes on to say he was a voice fetish… BOY. YOU STOP THAT RIGHT NOW. YOU’RE TOO YOUNG. (He’s 16 btw) WHY ARE YOU SAYING THIS. WHO TAUGHT YOU THAT WORD. Apparently it relates since they want to find people who are look-alikes to celebrities. Okay, more normal then before. Ryuga you’re still cancelled for this month.
Only after they start, does Hidaka ask if it’s hard to find such people. BOY. They did find someone who looked like Toma Ikuta, but he refused to be photographed. Good try guys. Hidaka, you’re too pure to think that guy is still cool after he said no. They did later find someone who looks like Nakajima Ken.
So red team rolls up to Shibuya Crossing, and… nada for 30 whole minutes. What are you boys doing? Also I’m kinda surprised no one recognized them either. Finally, about 5 minutes before the end, someone volunteered their friend who looks like Akemi Darenogare.
Yuto then betrayed his team by voting for the blue team (paper)’s photo. I see you boy, I can respect that. They want to try again, and I’m about it. That was fun and cute.
For their April 14th Post, the boys tried to challenge the Guinness Book of World records with most T-shirts worn at the same time! The record was 252. And the boys had a set amount for one of them, Issei was chosen since he’s the smallest.
So they started, and started to pile on more shirts… I was very worried that Issei was going to get heat stroke… luckily he was drinking water. Not to mention the messing around was hilarious. He ended up tackling Hidaka at one point, as well as imitating sumo.
Not to mention, like Ryuga is super affectionate. This episode he was constantly touching Issei or Hidaka. It’s kinda cute in it’s own way.
But eventually, they actually ran out of shirts at 73. So the record wasn’t crushed… yet. They’ll try again another time I’m sure.
Overall Thoughts: Whoever taught Ryuga the word fetish is cancelled along with Ryuga for the month. Kidding (or am I?) It’s a little weird since they’re significantly younger then me… but their content is pretty innocent and fun to watch so we’ll keep going with it. Let’s hope it’s less click-bait-y in the future.
